Roman Nîmes

Nîmes was part of the Roman Empire long ago and there are many other signs of the Romans in Nîmes besides the Pont du Gard. On Sunday I wandered around the city to see some of these sights. I'm not sure what this used to be, but it is forbidden to escalade on it whatever that means. I didn't see too many Cadillacs around these parts.
