Centre Pompidou

My first destination of the day after leaving my bag at the Gare du Nord was the Centre Pompidou. This is the modern art museum in Paris and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it. The exterior of the building is a piece of art in itself. My favorite kind of modern art is stuff that makes me laugh or chuckle when I see it. This museum had a lot of that. My favorite room was the "Anti-Museum Art" room which was a big room that had a bunch of canvases leaning against the walls and you could only see the backs of the canvas frames. You couldn't see whatever "art" there was on the canvases. I thought that was great.
