Vatican Day

I designated today as Vatican City day. My first stop was the Vatican museum housed in the building pictured here. I showed up about 15 minutes before the museum opened and discovered that the line to get in was probably a quarter mile long. Luckily once the doors opened it moved quickly and it didn't take too long to get in. In the picture above, the sistine chapel is at the bottom right corner. The entrance is at the opposite end of the long wings of the building. Here are some views of the grounds of the museum:
